I See You 03:22
~I SEE YOU~ I can't work this time, can't is all I know I can't help this time, can't is all I know I see you I don't own the world I'll just push myself to be the best I'll ever be I don't own the future I'll just push myself Now I'll work this time, now is all I know Now I'll help this time, now is all I know I see you

~ONE OF THESE LIVES~ A gloomy-ass Tuesday on the day that it ends I’m surrounded by family and abandoned by friends Hear the drips dropping on the ledge outside Thinking about the things I’ll do before I die But my cards been pulled, I’m full of regret My lungs are caving in ‘cause they’re getting too wet One last look in my daughter’s eyes I let go of this world and begin the next ride One of these lives I’m gonna get it right One of these lives I’m gonna sleep at night One of these lives I’m gonna know when to fight One of these lives I’m gonna get it right One of these lives
5.
~OUR FAVORITE LIE~ In just one hundred years we’ve come so far Transcending the barriers of who and what we are Was it way too far or way too fast? Wil it cut our soul in half? Damaging the spirit of all that we’ve done Our favorite lie, Our favorite lie Construct a nightmare of our lives Bring on our spiral towards demise Our favorite lie, Our favorite lie Do we follow the whims of Ray (Kurzweil) or heed the words of Burton (C.) Bell and a thousand more who fear this fucking curse? Well, the world is ready for what we’ve made but it doesn’t make it sane to deny the sacred tone of humanity I’ve got a feeling right now It’s inner being, I cannot be without Never will, never will With an ability to live but no affinity Consumed by self-excuse and so afraid to die One moment interlaced might break up that bitter taste We’ve got the power to do anything at all
6.
No Wings 01:34
~NO WINGS~ No wings but I’m gonna fly Dark thoughts and intel inside More words, accruement of REM Free dirt, no ground to bury them In the space, in the earth In the water broke, give birth Out of hope, out of time Out of order of operations, prime Cheap thrills, Cosmogenic embrace Two gods to writhe in its place One man, eternally unborn Case closed but we were never sworn In today, in tonight In the time it takes an eye To bat and blind To search and find A reason to multiply our cells Cells cost more when you’re fetal self Cure-all, Panacea to melt All fears of death and demise No plight when you stay inside No wings but I’m gonna fly Been cloned so I’ll never die
7.
~SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE~ Are we all falling apart? Is this a chance to build? Can’t protest, can’t observe Can’t assuage your curiosity Disperse No Can’t line us up like ducks I’ve wanted blood since my living room Became a front row seat To angel dust, Dr. Seuss grim tales Up next at 9 we eat ourselves No Can’t make us not give a fuck We’ve got a choice to make Are we to participate Or get caught up in the wake? Discarded With no outlet for our hate Should we leave something for someone? Is there no hope for our kids? What will they build with the ashes? Let’s hope they’re smarter, stronger, kinder, better, saner than us
8.
~KENNY GOES TO SHOWS~ I got a friend named Kenny Bojarski He’s always going to shows I got a friend named Kenny Bojarski Who everybody knows He’s driving all around San Diego Supporting all your bands And this is our way of saying “Thank You” We’re gonna give him a hand and sing B-O-J-A-R-S-K-I YEAH Your band’s playing midnight on a Monday He’s gotta work at five He’s isn’t ever gonna let that stop him It’s just a way of life Red eyes and diminished attention A bonus cup or four It’s just the penance that he pays to the show gods This week how many more? 3-2-1 Go Kenny goes to shows
9.
~ONE TRUE SELF~ I don't feel right, you see? There's something wrong with me The thoughts you send my way Have no effect today That somber shadow ghost That hangs on me the most Now seems a distant truth A myth of yesterday I am my one true self My ego is a son of a bitch Some days I rise above others I feel no love Don't treat this life as cheap Those thoughts are buried deep I'm looking for a friend but I'm alone again This seems so permanent But that's a god-damn lie
10.
~SPEAK KNOW TRUTH~ Speak without the filter of your mind to second guess you one more time and leave your courage far behind Should you have to be brave to speak your soul? Is civility the noblest goal if it leaves you smothered, incomplete, when you could be whole? Down, down, hands on the ground Time to rise up and burn it down Without a mob you cannot make a sound Truth is a complicated thing The aggravation it can bring if you don’t let your true heart sing Sensoring yourself is like suicide Refraining, a hideous lie If you can’t speak no truth then you might as well die How many more todays are you going to get? I’ve been indifferent, accomplice My failure to take a stand endangers every one of us My silence has given strength to everything I fear and dread Our words alone won’t see this through Speak know evil, Speak know truth
11.
~MEANINGLESS MEANINGFUL~ Meaningless? Meaningful? I couldn’t understand when we lost John Bohl Meaningless? Meaningful? I couldn’t decide which when we lost John Bohl All those days spent laughing, all those years gone by We used to ride the lightning now we wonder why Does anything have meaning, what good are these lives And now we’re left here wondering who’s the next to die

about

This album took about two years of soul and heart to find its way into your pretty little ears. We couldn't accomplish this or anything else we do without the support and patience of our families.

Thanks to Carli, LeAnn, Halie, Mia, and Lilly for allowing us to galavant around like teenagers that just won't shut the hell up.

Dylan Blanton spent a great deal of time on this as well. Thank you to him and his family.

To everyone who would rather create than destroy, this is for you.
Keep up the good work.

about

Parade of Horribles San Diego, California

Parade of Horribles is a two piece experimental sound disaster best described as a punk version of Primus.

Chris provides a solid foundation with a drumming style rooted in old school and hardcore punk. To this Jason overlays a flurry of different musical styles ranging from punk to funk, mixing in hints of folk, jazz fusion, classical, alternative and hard rock.
